How long are shipping times?
In order to save time, many of our products are shipped directly from our partner suppliers. Shipping times may vary, but please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive via standard shipping in the continental US. In most cases, your order arrives sooner. Your order may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information will be supplied to provided so that you can see the progress of your order.
What is your refund policy?
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases from LACONA SUPPLY and will gladly accept returns within 30 days of customer receipt. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
We want to make this a simple process for our customers. If something isn't right, contact us as soon as possible through our CONTACT US form, or by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 888-535-6742.
We will respond with easy to follow instructions and a shipping label for your return. We don't believe that a customer should have to pay for return shipping-- we'll handle that for you.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Certain items, like Gift cards, are not eligible for return. You can read more in our REFUND POLICY.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if the request to cancel is received before a product ships. If a product ships prior to the cancellation request, it will need to be handled as a return. Again, we want to work with you to meet your needs. Contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
In order to save on shipping times, our merchandise ships directly from our suppliers. They strive to fulfill each of our orders accurately, but we do recognize that mistakes are sometimes made. LACONA SUPPLY asks that you contact our customer service team to return the item for a full refund and so we may help you with a replacement.
Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is get in touch with us for a return of the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
