How long are shipping times?

In order to save time, our products are shipped directly from our partner suppliers. Shipping times may vary, but please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. In most cases, your order arrives sooner. Your order may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information will be supplied to provided so that you can see the progress of your order.

What is your return policy?

We want our customers to be happy with their purchases from LACONA SUPPLY will work with you to ensure the best possible resolution. We do this on a case by case basis to ensure that you receive personal service to address your concerns. But, we do limit return times to 30 days after purchase. We ask that you to contact us as soon as possible through our CONTACT US form or by email at support@laconasupply.com so that we can appropriately respond to your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the your receipt or shipping invoice.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if the request to cancel is received before a product ships. If a product ships prior to the cancellation request, it will need to be handled as a refund. Again, we want to work with you to meet your needs. Contact us as soon as possible at support@laconasupply.com.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

In order to save on shipping times, our merchandise ships directly from our suppliers. They strive to fulfill each of our orders accurately, but we do recognize that mistakes are sometimes made. LACONA SUPPLY asks that you contact our customer service team to return the item for a full refund and so we may help you with a replacement.

Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is get in touch with us for a return of the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
